Why should I hire a professional company to do my cleaning rather than myself? There are many aspects on you home that can be damaged if the wrong types of cleaning methods and chemicals are used. All of our technicians have gone through extensive courses and trainings to understand different materials on your home and how they should be cleaned. For example; Using your own pressure washer at home, you could find yourself not being able to get a stain out and turning to attaching a more powerful tip on your pressure washer which actually just ends up etching your surface (ripping off a top layer) to remove the stain leading to a less desiring outcome than you intended.

How do we price our jobs?Your Home’s Health... First we use a rating scale of 1-5 determining the dirt factor and organic growth degree.. With 1 being almost cleaned requiring small amounts of Chemical and 5 being the dirtiest it possibly could be. This Determines Our Starting Point Pricing With Your Project We don't believe in a one-size fits all pricing strategy due to their being many factors involved with cleaning your home. For example, should we charge the same amount to clean a home that is cleaned every year and won't take us as long as a home that hasn't been cleaned in 20 years and will require much more attention. We don't think so and that is why we use our rating system to determine pricing for your project.

Why should I have my home washed?Your home is likely one of your biggest investments, and maintaining its appearance is important not only for your own enjoyment, but also for its value. One important aspect of home maintenance is keeping the exterior of your home clean and well-maintained. Here are a few reasons why you should have the exterior of your home washed regularly: To protect your home's exterior: The exterior of your home is constantly exposed to the elements, which can take a toll on its appearance and condition. Dirt, grime, and other contaminants can build up over time and cause damage to your home's siding, paint, and other exterior surfaces. Having the exterior of your home washed can help remove these contaminants and protect your home from further damage. To improve your home's curb appeal: A dirty, grimy exterior can make your home look uninviting and less appealing. Having the exterior of your home washed can help improve its curb appeal and make it look more attractive to potential buyers or visitors. To increase your home's value: A well-maintained home is more likely to be valued higher than a home that has been neglected. Keeping the exterior of your home clean and in good condition can help increase its value if you decide to sell. To enhance your enjoyment of your home: A clean, well-maintained home is simply more enjoyable to live in. When you take care of the exterior of your home, you'll feel proud of your home and more comfortable inviting people over. So, how often should you have the exterior of your home washed? This will depend on a number of factors, including the age and condition of your home, the climate you live in, and the type of siding or exterior surfaces you have. In general, it's a good idea to have the exterior of your home washed every one to two years. However, if your home is located in an area with high levels of pollution or if it's particularly prone to dirt and grime buildup, you may want to consider washing it more frequently. Don't neglect the importance of maintaining the exterior of your home. By having the exterior of your home washed regularly, you'll protect your investment, improve your home's curb appeal, and increase its value. Plus, you'll simply enjoy living in a clean, well-maintained home.
